Founder’s Note

Dear Future Investor,

I was once a neurodivergent child failed by the very systems meant to help me. Like so many others, I grew up misunderstood—undiagnosed, unsupported, and left to navigate a world that wasn’t built for me.

So, I set out to build something better.

During my final semester of college, I became a developmental therapy provider, only to burn out quickly—emotionally and physically—left with lasting injuries and the painful truth that compassion alone can’t fix a broken system.

I then spent years as a near-primary caregiver for a neurodivergent preschooler in Carmel Valley—the same community where I now plan to launch our first Coherence Collective clinic. I saw firsthand how even the most resourced families are drowning: overextended, under-supported, and carrying guilt—which was often taken out on me as a nanny—for working high-profile careers that make it difficult to slow down and be present.

Still, I didn’t give up. I pivoted into healthcare administration, thinking I could help from the inside. But I watched again as exhausted parents and providers tried to hold everything together—while children slipped through the cracks.

Coherence Collective is my response. It’s the model I needed as a child. The support I longed for as a provider. And the clarity I fought for as a caregiver and administrator navigating impossible systems.

This isn’t just a business. It’s a reclamation. And the beginning of something better.

If you’re reading this, you’re not just a potential investor. You’re someone with the power to help bring to life the kind of support families like mine—and every family—have always deserved.

Thank you for your time and attention.

With gratitude and love,

Grace Richter
